"Heir's Pistol Kills His Wife": Endorphins![]() The 5 track promo release by the alternative rock band, Endorphins, from Flensburg, Germany, entitled "Heir's Pistol Kills His Wife", is quite good, I thought, with very catchy melodies, pretty cool English lyrics and interesting vocals. I think my favorites off this were "It's Me, Your Brother", which was a bit slower but the vocals fascinated me completely and "There are People Living in my Head" which was a little odd and forced me to read the lyrics as I wasn't completely sure what I was hearing. The only song I wasn't completely enthralled with was Pedalò Mostly because it was a bit noisier than the others, though the guitars were decent. The music on this album is well paced, though it could probably benefit from a bit of polishing. It's a rock album and, again, the tunes are very melodic and catchy. But don't take my word for it. Four of the songs are available for download at their MySpace page (see link below) and decide for yourself. I don't think you'll be disappointed. Mikki 8/07
