What we did in May, 2002...
5-31-02: DAF is up! What a way to end a 3 lettered month with one of the most influential synth bands out there, who also has 3 letters. So, its an acronym! booo!-Nick Diak 5-27-02: Today be Memorial Day, so here is a tiny update for all. Some bands have been added to the grand poo bah list, such as Rauhfaser, Zam Helga, and zombiejoe. Bringing the total of bands listed to 223. We have exactly 100 bios done, making us 44.84% complete! So..close...to...50%... -Nick Diak 5-26-02: Beborn Beton is up! Hurrah for Beborn Beton they rock! Hurrah for German synth, best music genre and scene... EVER!!!! By the way, total count of seeing Star Wars Ep 2 to date: 3 times. WOOOO! -Nick Diak 5-25-02: What's new? This location is new... our own domain & everything! Not that that is so special but we were about out of room so had to haul ass off Yahoo, yes.. such a painful decision, lol! Anyway... we have more Megaherz pics up from Sabine's fun filled excursion in Kaiserslautern... Must be nice to be able to see German bands live... wish I could! Though I should mention that I'm gonna see KMFDM w/ Nick & Kevin on June 6th in Phoenix :) Anyway, I have in fact done a bio! Finally! it's on Géraldine Olivier. I have no idea.... VICTORY FOR ZIM! Anywho, enjoy that little tid bit, just trying to get back into my bio-writing-groove. Oh, I bought the limited edition reissue of the Laibach classic, Nova Akropola today. It kicks serious butt. -Nick Diak 5-12-02: Happy mother's day to all you mom's out there (mikki?). An In Strict Confidence bio has been written up for your viewing pleasure. Not the greatest bio, not the worst, but its been a while since I wrote a bio, so cut me some slack :). Just don't want to appear as lazy as I really am. -Nick Diak 5-10-02: I've put up a Pyogenesis bio that was e-mailed to me after a bit of begging & all... Thank god some people are nice & actually respond to begging... I thought about re-wording it a bit but decided to leave it as is... I didn't want to mess it up, especially since it was clearly something written by someone in the band (Flo) & not by me... Also more of Sabine's Megaherz concert pics are up here. I forgot to change the band feature in the club this week... sorry guys!!!!! Anyway... guess I'll change it next weekend? Or should I wait to see if anyone notices that I haven't changed it? Hmmm... an experiment & I get to be lazy, too? Nah, I'll change it... Mikki 5-3-02: We recieved some pictures from Megaherz's April 19, 2002, Andernach concert.
