 ZEITvertreib:Sent to me by the band, thanks!!! :):We are a rockband from Kiel, Germany. We’re 5 guys and have been together since 2003. Our name ZEITvertreib, which in English means pastime, stands not only for the passing of time, it stands more for the waste of our time in our society. Our point of view is, that rock music is a tool for the expression of opinions. So the core of the most lyrics revolves around themes like social criticism and policy. The statements are clear, but there is enough space for your own interpretations. The music is inspired by the 60's and 70's and their kind of sound. It just has to be authentic. Up to now, we have recorded an album that will be released in June 2006 called “Hier können wir nicht anhalten”. This means the same as 'We can´t stop here”.
