 Tinnitus:A somewhat "loose" translation from their German bio:The Music: Tinnitus from Rheinbrohl am Rhein play kick ass pop-punk and stand for absolute gripping & splitting sounds. Just the thing for anyone who likes musically demanding and somewhat harder tracks played in the German language. The Band:
Peter Janke (23) - drums The History: Founded in 1997, the trio, Tinnitus, recorded their first demo tape in December of this same year, reinforced by the positive reactions to their first gigs. After Bastian joined the band as second guitarist, the second demo, "UFO" was recorded in 1998 and in 1999 their first studio production, from the the promo-CD, "Invasion", was created. During this same year the band toured extensively and worked on new material which was heard on various samplers and in 2000 their debut album, "auf dem weg" appeared on the Düsseldorf indie label, Wolverine Records. In the summer of 2005 their second album, "coram publico" is scheduled for release. Since the founding of the band, Tinnitus has been all over the BRD and played with bands such as Terrorgruppe, Wohlstandskinder and the Yeti Girls. On 100 concerts, countless people have become fans due to this band's thrilling live performances.
