Sent to us by H-Beta- Thanx!!:

H-Beta (bass programming), Kirk de Burgh (vocals, guitars) and Marcello Goldhofer (drums) have each been known in Berlin's music scene since the late eighties. Back then they all were in different bands, until they found singer J.D. in 1997. Together the group started to rock the house as a Postpunkband.

During that time it came to a major deal, several entries in the music charts and play time on MTV-Germany. After J.D. quit, the band kept going as a trio. They went back to their roots and thought about their strength in music: more Metal and a bigger and badder Sound! This marks the birth of SUB DUB MICROMACHINE.

The SUB DUB MICROMACHINE phenomenon made its rounds, there wasn't a club in the country the 'Micromachine' didn't get to the boiling point. The first album called "RABAUTZ!" was finally released in spring 2002 with the label Tubareckorz/SPV.

The songs are down to the point, talking about real life situations, everything from love to hate, everyday craziness and the sometimes hard life as a musician.

At the moment the innovative trio is busy working on the new album, with the tentative title "PUMP UP THE BLAST". The new songs show a more grown up and refined band.

Labels that rather fight than whine, please give us a shout. 8/04
