Silber:

Silber are commonly know as the reformed Weissglut. After many years playing under the name of Weissglut it came as a shock to many to see the dissolution of this great band. However, from the ashes of Weissglut, Tom v. K., Guido Winters and Thomas auf dem Berge formed a new combination. Without a keyboarder which is almost a trade mark of German bands, they recruited Oli Emmrich as the second guitarist. Tom v. k. changes with frightening precision between pure energy and calm journeys going under the skin into text. Silber released their first single "Flieg" which was followed by their debut self titled album "Silber" in August 2003. Silber are currently in the studio working on a new album which should be released late 2004/early 2005. -Laichzeit 10/04
