 radioAktiv:Sent to me by the band, thanx!!:People know about Grevenbroich's two powerstations polluting the air as well as the punk scene producing new, talented bands like no other. This was more than a reason why the name "radioaktiv" imposed itself on the 2004-created band consisting of Björn Müsch, Tobias Schwinger, Marco Gellissen and André von Malottki. Their down-to-earth Pop Punk, bursting with energy and realized with dead-on German lyrics is fundamental for their stirring, sweaty show. Since 2004, when the band was established, numerous live successes were celebrated, including being support act for German punk heroes such as "Massendefekt", "Planlos", "SFH", "The Wohlstandskinder" and even "TV Smith" (including "Die Toten Hosen"-Drummer Vom Richie). Following their first demo tape "Mein Leben" the band is about to release their debut mini-album "Von Träumern und Realisten" (About dreamers and realists). Having new songs in their repertoir, the band is playing everywhere around Germany and even the French audience recently discovered the joy brought to them by one of their live performances. The new album is set to hit stores in early winter, fans already look forward to getting the sounds they relish live on CD and seem to be very excited about the band's future.
