 La Düsseldorf:After Neu! members Michael Rother and Klaus Dinger seperated from each other, Dinger decided to form his own band with his brother Thomas after failing to start his own label in the mid 70ies. This synth-driven band was called La Düsseldorf. The band had a few releases, such as La Düsseldorf in 1976, Viva in 1978, and Individuellos. This partnership between Dinger and his brother quickly died in 1983, and becamge a legal battle that would have the two brothers battleing with each other in court for 13 years. -Nick Diak 05/03More at: |
