We leave the answer to others, we refuse to give it ourselves. Why? Because we can't do any better or don't want to do any better!? The result of this goal-oriented dealing with our own inability/unwillingness is a consistent purism. In simple guitar pop songs, straight rock tracks, spontaneous rehearsal snapshots or 9-minute sound experiments: confining ourselves to the utmost necessary produces a striking directness that opens rooms and allows the core elements to clearly come to the fore. The developing friction lends the music character and surrounds it with a charm which is hard for the listener to avoid. Increasingly often, the music's structure is also represented in the lyrics, confronting the listener with assembled phrases. The result clearly stems from traditional songwriting, but frees itself from it at the same time, with the newer material mutating into a pure lifestyle statement.
