  Leipzig's Guilty as Charged began in June, 2001 when Christopher, Glatzoi and Christopha all sat at home and came up with the idea to start a band. After organizing who would play what, Guilty as Charged came into being. A practice room was found and their first practice was at the end of June (they described it as "horribly shitty"). The next few months, however weren't very productive since no one had any idea how to write songs. Franzi joined in October, 2001, resulting in a more creative period with new songs being written and rehearsed. Although the band has yet to release anything, they are working hard on their music which they classify as "punk, hardcore and metal oriented". Hopefully we will hear something in the near future. -Mikki 12/02
