 Feuerengel: Feuerengel began in September, 1997- a group of Rammstein fans who wanted to play & "live" the music of their heroes. The positive response from the public was enough incentive for Feuerengel to work further at perfecting their show & music until now it's as close to the original as it could possibly be, complete w/ all the gimmicks such as flamethrowers, a fire bow & explosions! The greatest praise came however from Rammstein themselves when the band was given the honor of playing for Rammstein & their guests at a double platinum & gold awarding on Aug. 24, 1998 in Berlin. For 2 years Feuerengel has been playing shows in some of Holland's larger clubs almost all of which were sold out. They've been asked if they merely started Feuerengel in order to reap the rewards that Rammstein has attained but they vehemently deny it. They are all huge Rammstein fans & just want to have some fun while playing their favorite music & experiencing for 90 minutes the bizarre life that is RAMMS+EIN! -Mikki 4/02 More at: |
