 Dorrn:Thanks to the band for the info :):The band, Dorrn, was founded in 2002 and some time later released the song "Mad Girl" on the Boardernoize sampler. In October of 2004, the band started selling their music online and in this same year were named "Rockband of the Year" at NextBigThing. In 2005 they released their first video, "We're Out" and started work on one for "Mad Girl" In 2006, they started live shows with synchronised videos, recorded two songs for the Schalldruck-sampler, signed a deal with STF-Records AND released the song, "Soul Sister" on the Noisy Neighbors sampler. The band describes their music as: "a mixture of Elektro-Rock/Crossover. Heavy guitar riffs from Xover followed by sequenzer lines. Spacy sounds leading to through beats. Shouted vocals are followed by catchy vocal lines or raps. Besides the dark music and the dusky lyrics dorrn developed a spectacular dimension of conclusion in form of projections of self filmed video clips live via beamer... For every song there is a video clip ... but the pick of the bunch is a complex, scary and ingenious video called 'We're out'...
