eXTReMe Tracker

1988 was the year. Bensheim, Germany was the place. Steffen, Stefan, Markus, and Thomas started what was to become one of the most popular electro groups to this day, DE/Vision. Three years later, Stefan got married and left the band. But in the previous year, 1990, DE/Vision created their own label and released a single of Your Hands on My Skin. In 1993, they signed to Strange Ways and soon released their 1st album, World Without End. Since then, 5 more albums have been released, (Unversed in Love, Fairyland?, Monosex, Void, and Two).

However shortly after Void was released, Markus left the band to pursue a different music genre. Also the time between Void and Two become a period of side projects, with Green Court and New Rock Conference, and a signing to a new label. Two, (which name reflects the 2 remaining members of DE/Vision, Steffen and Thomas), was released in October of 2001, with the popular song, Heart Shaped Tumor. -Nick Diak 11/01
